3. Prior experience in protein expression and purification is preferred.
4. Possess good research qualities, keen observation, adept at summarizing and analyzing experimental results, and strong problem-solving abilities.
5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work hard.
6. Proficiency in reviewing English professional literature, using various database tools, and writing experimental protocols and reports.
