Responsibilities

1. Participate in the purification and process development of recombinant proteins and peptides, and learn the complete process flow.

2. Master the methods of prokaryotic protein expression, concentration by ultrafiltration, protein electrophoresis, and the use of various chromatographic media.

3. Timely maintain experimental records and report experiment progress accurately and objectively to superiors.

4. Participate in the collection and organization of literature materials related to projects and assist in project advancement.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's degree or above in biotechnology or a related field in medicine.

2. Understanding of ion exchange, hydrophobic, and affinity chromatography theories, with practical skills.

3. Prior experience in protein expression and purification is preferred.

4. Possess good research qualities, keen observation, adept at summarizing and analyzing experimental results, and strong problem-solving abilities.

5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to work hard.

6. Proficiency in reviewing English professional literature, using various database tools, and writing experimental protocols and reports.
