1. Strictly follow SOP requirements to complete microbial fermentation work (including preparation of culture media, inoculation, fermentation, and in-process control testing).
2. Fill out various records diligently, promptly, and accurately.
3. Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of equipment in this position, promptly reporting any faults or potential hazards.
4. Learn and optimize the fermentation process for microorganisms (such as E. coli and yeast), develop fermentation processes, set control parameters, and identify and resolve technical issues during fermentation.
