Responsible for project communication, coordination to ensure smooth progress of project research. Requirements: 1. Master's degree or above in biology, medicine, chemistry or related fields with 2 years or more work experience. 2. Ability to lead project teams in conducting research on genetic engineering drug processes with expertise in genetic construction of genetic engineering drugs, seed cultivation and screening, fermentation and purification technologies. Knowledge in drug purification and impurity research, experience in pilot and production technology transfer, and a proven track record in genetic engineering drug research are preferred. 3. Proficiency in searching domestic and international drug research literature, patent databases and regulatory evaluation documents related to drugs. 4. Familiarity with drug development research processes, understanding of current domestic and international regulatory requirements and guidelines for genetic engineering drug research and registration, and experience in drug application documentation work are advantageous.
Fermentation Engineer
Responsibilities: 1. Strictly follow SOP requirements to complete microbial fermentation work (including preparation of culture media, inoculation, fermentation and in-process control testing). 2. Fill out various records diligently, promptly and accurately. 3. Responsible for the daily maintenance of equipment in this position, promptly reporting any faults or potential hazards. 4. Learn and optimize the fermentation process for microorganisms (such as E. coli and yeast), develop fermentation processes, set control parameters, and identify and resolve technical issues during fermentation.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in biotechnology or a related field in medicine. 2. Proficient in theoretical and operational knowledge of fermentation processes. 3. Experience in aseptic operations and fermentation of E. coli and yeast is preferred. 4. Detail-oriented, cautious, strong hands-on ability, responsible, proactive, adept at problem identification and resolution.
Purification Engineer
Responsibilities: 1. Participate in the purification and process development of recombinant proteins and peptides, and learn the complete process flow. 2. Master the methods of prokaryotic protein expression, concentration by ultrafiltration, protein electrophoresis, and the use of various chromatographic media. 3. Timely maintain experimental records and report experiment progress accurately and objectively to superiors. 4. Participate in the collection and organization of literature materials related to projects and assist in project advancement.
Requirements: 1. Bachelor's degree or above in biotechnology or a related field in medicine. 2. Understanding of ion exchange, hydrophobic and affinity chromatography theories with practical skills. 3. Prior experience in protein expression and purification is preferred. 4. Possess good research qualities, keen observation, adept at summarizing and analyzing experimental results, and strong problem-solving abilities. 5. Excellent communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility and ability to work hard. 6. Proficiency in reviewing English professional literature, using various database tools, and writing experimental protocols and reports.
Analysis Engineer
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for daily analytical testing work. 2. Conduct protein electrophoresis testing. 3. Evaluate the accuracy and completeness of data. 4. Operate analytical equipment such as HPLC, moisture analyzer and ELISA reader. 5. Perform the use, maintenance, validation and calibration of analytical instruments. 6. Responsible for the calibration of analysis instruments. Requirements: 1. Major in biology, chemistry, pharmacy, or related fields. 2. Experience in operating HPLC and protein electrophoresis is preferred. 3. Attention to detail. 4. Experience in third-party testing companies and outstanding graduates are preferred. 5. Strong ability to work under pressure, good communication skills and a spirit of teamwork.
Process Operator
Responsibilities: 1. Responsible for filtering and transferring samples. 2. Prepare solutions for purification production. 3. Assist purification engineers in conducting scaled-up purification experiments. 4. Responsible for cleaning, using, and maintaining related equipment. 5. Complete other relevant tasks assigned by superiors. Requirements: 1. College degree or above, no specific major required. 2. Priority given to relevant majors (biology, pharmacy, environmental science, food science, etc.). 3. Proactive, strong sense of responsibility, motivated, and hardworking.
